My wife and I have decided it was time for us to downsize and sell our home of 47 years and move into a condominium with good security and no stairs. We were advised to dejunk our home (closets,attics,shelves, garage, workshop, etc.) as much as possible before listing and showing the house. Luckily, our realtor recommended that we hire Carla Saavedra for this difficult and unpleasant job. She was extemely helpful in not only helping us decide what to "give up" and get rid of, but physically removed the items or took donated items to worthy charities. For the larger, heavier items, she brokered with a junk removal company. She also handled disposal of paint, chemicals,etc.that had to be taken to specific disposal sites. She literally dejunked our home in a couple of sessions. We don`t see how we could of done this without Carla. We also plan to have Carla broker a moving company when we sell the house.
Carla is is a very vivacious hard worker, as well as a very sweet, kind, understanding person. We have learned to love her. We recommend her services highly.
